Ingredients You'll Need


 
  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick pieces

  • 4 large ripe tomatoes, diced

  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Toast the Baguette Slices

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  • Toast them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy.


Prepare the Topping
