Crispy and spicy, these cauliflower buffalo bites are the perfect snack or appetizer for any gathering. Coated in a light batter and tossed in tangy buffalo sauce, they're baked to crispy perfection and served with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.

Ingredients You'll Need

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 3/4 cup water

  • 1 cup buffalo sauce

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Optional: Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping

Preparing the Cauliflower

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

  • In a large bowl, combine:

    • flour

    • garlic powder

    • paprika

    • salt

    • pepper.

  • Add water and whisk until smooth to form a batter.

Coating the Cauliflower

  • Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated, then place it on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Once all the florets are coated, drizzle olive oil over them for extra crispiness.

Baking Time

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping the cauliflower halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Buffalo Coating

  • While the cauliflower bakes, heat buffalo sauce in a small pan over low heat.

  • Once the cauliflower is done, toss the baked florets in the buffalo sauce, coating them well.

Serve the crispy, spicy cauliflower bites with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. Perfect as a snack or appetizer!
